Vice President - Senior Relationship Manager

In my current role, I actively build and maintain strong connections at all levels of the client organization, particularly with the CEO, COO, and CIO, as well as the Chief Investment Officer. I identify and meet client demands in order to create and implement product and service solutions. For overall partnerships, I create and implement account strategies, performance assessments, and product projects. To improve product and service delivery, I collaborate with all internal divisions.

  • Delivered optimum credit facilities and financial recommendations to Chief Financial Offiers of Thailand's top listed and private companies by conducting in-depth financial analysis in order to underwrite credit facilities and negotiate terms and conditions with Chief Financial Officiers, resulting in Thailand's first rubber plantation loan, difficult to obtain due to complex project factors, a long financing tenure, and a fluctuating cash flow stream.

  • Devised and delivered turnkey financial solution, comprising of funding / investment optimisation, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.

  • Perform due diligence on credit facilities documents on both bilateral and syndication credit facilities in Thailand and aboard.

  • Improved service satisfaction and customised services for some specific customers by spearheading product development project.

In my former role, I worked as a relationship manager and debt capital market investment banker for all KBank loan booking branches, including the main office, China, Hong Kong, and AEC countries, with a focus on Chinese customers. By recognizing business and strategic prospects, I was able to achieve optimal corporate growth. I oversaw and implemented the full credit process, which included due diligence, credit risk assessment, feasibility studies, project coordination, structure design, and credit monitoring, as well as choosing the best loan booking site.

  • Pioneered development of first offshore by facilitating taskforce in completing a contract.

  • Designed and deployed a long-term capital structure strategy to support company's growth plan and strengthen its financial position, including optimal debt and equity levels, appropriate credit facility types, credit rating underwriting, and funding source diversification, resulting in:

    • Realised Thailand's first investment-grade TRIS Credit Rating and first debenture for a natural rubber firm, which helps diversify funding sources away from bank market and allows for cost savings in bond market when available.

    • Uncovered hidden potential and strengthening its capital structure by acting as financial advisor in IPO on Singapore Exchange.

    • Headed team to assist company in completing first Thai-Myanmar Palm Oil Complex Investment in order to meet company's growth objectives, including joint venture advisory, advice on how to obtain government investment license, and best capital structure strategy using both debt and equity funding sources.

    • Introduced new banks to syndicate loans and expand the company's lender portfolio to diversify funding sources and support the company's development plan.

During this experience, I advised and assisted the CEO and CFO in executing their inorganic growth plan through M&A. I developed the operating model, transaction flow, end-to-end process, revenue model, and contribution, as well as hiring and developing team members such as Investment Banker, Relationship Manager, Chief Representative, and local staff. I built a network of potential local, regional, and multinational securities businesses by identifying, analyzing, selecting, and nurturing them.

  • Accomplished successful ideation and development of mergers and acquisitions investment banking desk, as well as a loan syndication desk, to encourage "Thailand Direct Investment" to AEC+3 nations.

  • Achieved 62 leads, 55 chances, and four NDA signings from February to November 2020 by directing delivery led team.

As a CEO and Director, I formulated and executed company's business strategies. Provided strategic advice to the board and chairperson. Prepared and deployed comprehensive business plans to enable achievements.

  • Boosted over 250% revenue during 2016 - 2017, achieved 'The Best Improving Performance Awards' in 2017, and developed into largest revenue per dtac centre single store since 2017 from total of 400 stores in Thailand.

  • Generate "Employee Value" ratio in-house to analyse each sale and service team member's performance on a monthly basis in order to provide strategic coaching and manage human capital costs as efficiently as possible.

  • Created in-house sales database to better manage selling plan, enhance operational and financial performance, create effective strategic direction, and assure successful execution.

In this capacity, my colleagues and I established a creative music academy by reinventing and developing a cutting-edge music education concept that focused on a tailor-made musician curriculum and a well-rounded education experience, encompassing creativity , motivation, teamwork and discipline.

  • We were appointed as the "Co-Creative Partner" of the "Bangkok Edge Festival 2016," and our students were featured performers in the festival.

  • We were selected to be music instructor for "Kamlangjai Inspire Project" of HRH Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati in 2017. As part of our role, we were responsible for coaching female prisoners' choir and band in 2017

  • "The Effort Band" qualified among top 50 bands from total of 335 in Hotwave Music Awards 2017 and was selected to perform in a TV series on GMM TV.

  • "Distance Band made it to the final round of Hotwave Music Awards. 2018.

  • Two of our voice students were awarded the Second Place Winner, "The American Protege International Vocal Competition 2018 and 2019" and performed at Carnegie Hall, New York.

  • One of our students won the First Prize of "London Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition" and performed at Royal Albert Hall, London in 2019.

In this role, I led, trained, and developed local professionals to become relationship managers with KBank Standard. I drove maximisation of product’s value without losing focus of overall vision.   • Utilised current footprint to link AEC opportunities by building branches in AEC nations as planned, connecting seamless trade solutions via KBank, and enhancing FDI with KBank as the springboard to AEC.
